Because it can be a bit nerve-wracking buying stuff with credit and debit cards over the internet, we've developed what we call the EcoCharlie security pledge. Our commitment means that whenever you buy anything from us using your card, you don't have to worry about anyone getting their hands on your details.

We use Sagepay (the internet’s largest and most secure payment gateway) along with GeoTrust (an independent website security provider) that encrypts all your personal information so that it cannot be read. Simple as that. You can also use Paypal to checkout.

At EcoCharlie we have a bit of an obsession (a healthy one) about your privacy.

Obviously, if you place an order with us, we're going to need to know certain things about you. We need this essential information to process your order. You will also be given the option to receive our weekly EcoMail emails with exclusive offers and advice.If you don't want to get any information from us, then all you have to do is untick the 'unsubscribe' box at the checkout stage.

We will never give out your email address to any third party.

The only Cookies used on our site expire at the end of your session. They are used to track products and add them to your basket during the purchasing process. This type of cookie does not capture any personally identifying information.
