Orders Dispatched the Same Day!

Stock permitting, items are dispatched the same day as they are ordered if you order before 2pm. All deliveries are sent on a 48 hour service that leave our warehouse.

We use Parcel Force and Royal Mail to dispatch the orders that come from our warehouse.

Some products we offer come directly from the manufacturer and consequently can take up to 10 days to be delivered. If you order a mixture of products please be aware that they can arrive seperately.

Please note we are a family business and during busy periods delivery can take a little longer to come.

Where possible, when our normal dispatch is affected by Industrial Actions or similar event beyond our control, we will endeavour to send your goods by an alternative method.

If you would like to receive the goods even if you are not in to collect please let us know using the comments box on the checkout page. You must also leave a note for the driver explaining that you would like to except delivery if you are not in. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods once they have been left under these circumstances but we will be able to replace damaged products as per our normal terms and conditions.

 

Free Delivery on all Orders Over £65.00

Delivery on orders over £65.00 is FREE. This only applies to mainland UK and for orders without Plant or Heavy delivery items.

Below are the delivery symbols which will help you know exactly how much you are going to be paying for delivery.

Key:
In Total: This is a flat rate of delivery, the price will stay at the indicated price, no matter how many items you buy at this rate.
Per Item: When you buy products with per item delivery, for every product bought, the indicated amount will increase as the products do.


Standard Delivery is the most common form of delivery with EcoCharlie, however, on lighter items we try to offer cheaper delivery where possible.

Scenario 1: If you add a product to your barrow with £1.00 In Total delivery, your delivery is £1.00. If you then add another product with Standard Delivery, your delivery will then become £4.99.

Scenario 2: If you add a product to your barrow with Standard delivery, your delivery is £4.99. If you then add a product to your barrow with Heavy Delivery, your delivery will then become £7.99

Scenario 3: If you add a product to your barrow with Standard delivery, your delivery is £4.99. If you then add a product from the Plant Market with Plant delivery, your delivery will be £4.99 + £6.99. This is because we have to be extremely careful with delivery of live plants and they also come directly from our nursery.

 

Extra Delivery Information

For UK Islands, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands there are added surcharges. This is calculated at the checkout page.
