Stock permitting, standard delivery items are currently dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of your order being accepted. Please note our busiest period is between February and July so your patience during this time is appreciated.

Where possible, when our normal dispatch is affected by Industrial Actions or similar event beyond our control, we will endeavour to send your goods by an alternative carrier.

For all orders over £50 a delivery signature is normally required. However, if your order totals over £50 but you would like your goods to be left without a signature, please contact us with written confirmation (e-mail, fax or letter - or indicate this fact in the relevant field when ordering online) that this is acceptable and the location in which you wish the goods to be left. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods once they have been left under these circumstances but we will be able to replace damaged products as per our normal terms and conditions.

If you order over £45.00 of products (excluding delivery) then we will pay for your delivery. This applies to mainland UK only. It is as simple as that.
