Online Shopping

To order a product online, simply click the ‘Add to Barrow’ button once you have chosen your required size and quantity.

When you have finished shopping, click on the 'Go to Checkout' button located on the right side of the site. You will be transferred to our Secure Payment Server. We use SagePay (previously Protox) as our preferred checkout partner. You will have to enter your delivery and billing information. SagePay is the most secure online checkout on the web. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please advise us immediately. If your order has already been dispatched we require notice of cancellation within 7 days of receipt of goods for us to offer you a full refund excluding the cost of postage back to us.

Delivery

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your order so if for any reason you are unhappy with your items, you can return them in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 14 days for a full replacement or a full refund. Before returning any product, please contact us at or call on 01798867780 to obtain your essential Returns Reference Code. 

We cannot take responsibility of items being sent back to us and we cannot cover the cost of this postage. 

Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item you order from EcoCharlie, just return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an immediate replacement or a full refund (see Returns and Exchanges above for details). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. You will need to contact us before you return the item otherwise it not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

Complaints Procedure

We handle all complaints fairly, effectively and confidentially. Any complaint via telephone, fax or e-mail is answered as quickly as possible. Any complaint letter we receive is acknowledged immediately - by telephone if a number is given - and we aim to resolve all complaints within 7 working days.
